    Thanks Guy's. Wringing my hands hoping they show up undamaged in shipping.

    Of coarse the journey is not ending here....have to see if my amp will control these properly. Have the smaller siblings of the same speaker now and the amp is good up to a point. Told these are more demanding.

    Are those Dynaudios? Which ones, they are absolutely beautiful. When I decide to upgrade I'm going to get the Focus 220's Congrats!

    Yes Cathy... they are the older series Contour 3.3's. I searched long and hard for these in minty condition.

    Dan the speaker cabinets are built by old world cabinet makers employed by dynaudio. They say it takes many hours for them to match grain and so forth with the wood. Good ole craftsmanship and pretty cool.
