I am looking for Emotiva XPA-2 or XPA-5 amps.

The amp needs to be "A" stock and have at least 2 years warranty left.

I am ready to purchase on August 3rd.

If you have one of these amps and want to sell let me know your price with shipping included.

If nothing is available via used market by the 4th I am ordering brand new , just trying to save a few bucks buying used to start saving for the next audio purchase.

(I may be interested in other brand amps if they are 300wpc 2 channel into 8 ohm , or 200wpc 5 channel into 8 ohm.
amps must be in good condition and no more than 3 years old)

Most high quality used amps last for "long" periods with almost no problems. The newest SS amp I own has got to be at least 6-7 years old and the more powerful ones, 15-20 years.

OK, the tube amp is pretty new. But that's a different story. Tubes are more temperamental and you need to know "more" about them than I do.

Good luck. But don't rule out the "used" market. A lot more bang for you buck!

Not an XPA-2 or XPA-5, but did you see my ad?

    http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?134653-EMOTIVA-AMPS-FOR-SALE!-MPS-1-UPA-1-(x3)-UPA-5

I have always thought the MPS sounded even better than the XPA combo...

I have seen your ad, over on the emo forum... you offered those amps to me before you posted them there.... Thank you again fior the offer :D

I would love to get that MPS-1 but unfortumatly it is near twice my budget.

Oh and the search is over.... I have a deal pending my payment Friday for a XPA-5 (even has 3.5 years warranty left on it)

I'm beginning to see where you got thoughts about bi-wiring.
