MN-Twin Cities: Basement Theater Equipment & Accessories wanted

Very excited to finally be making this post... After years of putting it off and killing the idea entirely, I've finally begun the process of finishing our basement. Will be hanging a ~60" plasma on the wall, and still need everything else to go with it. This includes:

AVR
Bluray player (unless I elect to use my PS3)
Rack
Speakers
Remote (RF)

I'm pretty open to options, but am trying to do this on a pretty strict budget. Already splurging on everything else. I also have my hot-rodded Monitor 7s that I would consider trading if anyone wants some big 2-ch monitors. Also, if you see any brand new systems that are priced well from a vendor, I'd love to buy new.

Notes:
equipment in-closet on a rack
rears need to be di-pole or in-ceiling
5.1 or 7.1 configurations considered
Need to have within 30 days from now

Ultimately, a clean (BLACK) RTi system is appealing, but I'm open to pretty much anything. MN Twin Cities Metro only, unless shipping is particularly reasonable.

If you're willing to work without HDMI, I've got a H/K AVR 635 that I'd be willing to part with, but shipping would make it a deal breaker. 7.1, all the bells and whistles - just no HDMI.

I've also got a BNIB set of Monitor 40's, but they are cherry. I figured I'd go 7.1 eventually, but I'm not sure that it will ever happen with my current arrangement (and by the time I move, I'll just buy new again anyways)

Let me know, we can work something out if interested. Definately can make you a deal.

MKZ (I think) has an excellent pre and amp in the FS forum. Both B&K, a Reference 30 (which will accept 5.1 inputs, I think, but not 7.1) and an AV5125 amp. If you spent extra coin on a BDP that had audio outputs that would a "sweet" set-up, let the new BDP decode the formats itself.

I have no affiliation with this person, just sayin'.

    Update:
I've elected to move my Harmony One downstairs (decided against equipment in the closet, so I don't really need RF).
    Bought Pioneers here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882117403
And the matching Center. Went with Polk OWM3 for surrounds. (Going 7.1... yeah!)
Decided on a BIC subwoofer from Parts Express. (Like I said, I'm thinking BUDGET here)

So finally, all I have left is the receiver. Found an Elite VSX-30 on AVS for $200 shipped, but open to alternatives. Need 7.1 and 4 HDMI...

Check out Drenis Onkyo 506 he's got for sale.... It does 7.1 and has HDMI however its old enough it doesnt do the new lossless formats. Also only has 3 HDMI's I believe but its a pretty good price IMHO.
