I have for sale the best receiver I have ever owned, the 51 lb flagship from HK in 2006. This is basically a clone of the Lexicon RV5 from the same year. From what I can tell the street price was $1500 (I am the second owner). I bought a cheaper less powerful receiver because I went to all in-ceiling setup (except the center which is powered by an external amp anyway) so I no longer have the need for this kind of power. This will power almost any home theater setup. It's warm sound signature and sculpted midrange would sound especially nice with an RTi A setup I imagine.
85 wpc ALL CHANNELS DRIVEN. Notice the recent S&V measurements of the Yamaha AVENTAGE RX-A3010? It measures only 60 wpc all channels driven. I cannot find an official test of this HK, but the older 630 and 635 (the previous generation that weighted 10 lbs LESS) measured at their promised specs ACD, and I can tell you that when I upgraded from the 630 to the 745 there was an obvious improvement in both stereo but especially surround sound.
This receiver will be bundled with the following goodies:
1. Harman Kardon TC30 (harmony style) remote with charging dock (dock not pictured). I am using this in my bedroom currently and it is a great remote. My old one was already programmed for the living room so I just left it there. The built-in battery lasts about 4-5 hours I would say. (I just have the charger plugged in and sitting on the night stand.)
2. Zone 2 remote
3. HK set-up mic (only used a few times and I purchased it brand new separately from the receiver)
4. Monoprice 3x HDMI switch with remote (This receiver has 2 HDMI 1.1 inputs so I used this to expand to 4. it works flawlessly and the HK harmony remote will control it!)
5. USB powered fan with AC adapter so you can plug it directly into the receiver (this thing does get warm like most HKs)
6. Pangea AC-14 2 Meter Power Cord (a 50 dollar value).
A couple really cool features:
1. The EzSet/EQ works pretty darn good. Very customizable.
2. Separate crossover setting for each set of speakers. I never have matching monitors so I find this very useful.
3. Independent setup for each input! You can run everything fullrange for tv but have the surrounds set to small for BDP viewing. Can come in very handy.
4. Two sub outputs with proper dual eq!
5. Digital inputs for Zone 2. This is only included on high end receivers like Lexicon. Very convenient.
The receiver will come wrapped in plastic, packed in a very sturdy box, reinforced on all sides with extra cardboard, and lined with brand new 2 inch thick styrofoam. You will receive this in the condition it left me.
I will ship FedEx ground using my account. I am not including shipping in the price because this thing is a BEAST. But with my account I would guess it won't be over $40, could be closer to $30 if you're close to me.
Please pay via PayPal free gift, free bank transfer, or credit card plus 3%. I wil also accept a USPS MO.
Thanks!

1. It will pass through 1080p, but not upconvert to it (only 1080i). I just turned the faroudja off since all my sources are high def.
2. It won't decode (HDMI 1.3 is required for that), but your BDP is the same one I used with this for a year, and I just let it internally decode and send out PCM and it sounded pretty damn good...Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
