Cute little Japanese receiver by all appearances; these were also almost certainly sold under Radio Shack's "Realistic" brand in the mid-1960s.
What are the output tubes in there- 6BQ5 (EL84), 6BM8, or even 6GW8 (ECL86)?

It will need the standard vintage vacuum tube rehab (new coupling caps throughout and new electrolytics) and, if it has a selenium rectifier, that needs to be replaced with a silicon rectifier (and some minor 'padding' resistance to allow for the difference in efficiency of the two rectifier types) - but it should be plenty of fun thereafter and it's certainly nice looking in that mid-60s "Mad Men" idiom.

PP ECL86 is good for about 8wpc, FYI.
