I'd say you're right in a ball park with your estimate. Obviously the two amps will bring the most money, and the rest may be just a filler, unless someone is an avid Adcom fan.

I agree, but I will also say good luck selling that as a bundle. You'll have much more luck and the potential to make more money total if you sell everything separately. Everyone will want those amps. The rest... Not so much.

Do you want to sell your gear?

Here are some real world prices on your gear:

    GFA 555II: 350
    GFP 555II: 150
    GCD 600: 100
    ACE 515: 50
    GFA 5503: 150(?)

Maybe $800 total? And that's on a good day AND IF you can buy a seller for all five pieces at once....

Not trying to be rude. I also sometimes suffer from inflated ideas about what my gear is worth. Look at Ebay for past results of sales.

    Good luck, nonetheless.

The 5503 had an an original MSRP of $1299. And it was a 200 watter x 3 channels that weighed 57 lbs? So there is NO way that is less than a 555.

Call it 350-400 and the price the original poster is asking is more than fair!

Maybe even 450 since it has an extra channel! And would be perfect for powering a set of three front 4 ohmers!

GLWTS. As said, you could probably get a bit more if you sold each individually.

    $300 for the 555II
    $450 for the 5503
    $60 for the ACE 515
    $100 for the GFP-555II
    $40 for the GCD600

$950 if you piece it out, but probably closer to $900 as people will want to negotiate a little. Not sure how quickly you want to sell.

expect about $750 to bundle it and wait a long time for someone to come along who needs all that stuff. Remember as a bundle that will be quite a shipping bill for the buyer as well.

    Where are you located, GD?

The bug has done bit me and I might be interested in the 555ii...

Well, the 5503 was my wildcard as I knew nothing about it or its price point so fair enough.

I think you guys are being overly conservative on the CD player and preamp.

Here's what stuff has actually sold for on eBay (prices without shipping):

    GCD-600: $100 - $115
    GFP-555 II: $150 - $190
    ACE-515: $50 - $100
    GFA-5503: (none sold)
    GFA-555II: $250 - $400

Personally I would put a price tag of $500 on the 5503 assuming it's in good condition and wouldn't sell it for less than $400. As a bundle, I'd probably price it at $1100 on it too and expect to sell it for around $950. But sold separately, I would expect to get closer to the $1100.

Saw 5503 being sold on CanuckAudioMart for 550 just recently, but our prices are a bit higher north of the border here.
