I got these fine components here so I will see if anyone here wants them here first...
I am starting this as a local only sale - one price for all. I belive Strider has the Carver items first. I got them from Ricardo. You can search Carver M500 if you need history.
This sale includes 3 items.
1. Working Carver C-1 pre amplifier. Some scratches but nothing major. Also sent to Ritas shop by previous owner.
2. Carver M500 amplifier that was sent to Ritas shop by previous owner. The lights work and it sounds great while looking cool. Also has scratches here and there.
3. Monitor 7B's with peerless with upgraded crossovers; one spare drivers, two spare Peerless. Includes original black stands. Very good shape overall (stands have some peeling but should be easy to fix).
No intentions to ship or separate at this time. zip code 45014 near Cincinnati Mills mall for an idea.
Polkie price for the system is $400. PM first then post if interested. I will take the first confirmed buyer via PM if there are multiple parties interested. I love the sound of the system but ran out of space and am trying for raise funds for an LSI upgrade.

Below is a link to the manual for the M500 manual. Note this is not the M500t amp, they are different.

The same site also has a manual for the C-1"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -
Interested in the C-1 if you change your mind on splitting & shipping.

wasn't the only difference between the 500 and 500T an on/off button?

No idea personally, I think the t normally indicates it was voiced to have a tubed sound.
I am sure if I am wrong on that one of the carver guys will fix it lol..."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -

Yes, that was my first foray into seperates. Great combination, no brainer on the synergy thing and they look great together to boot. Can't beat the meters on the M500. The C-1 is one of the more respected Carver pre amps with Sonic Holography and two (IIRC) phono inputs that can handle MM and MC cartridges. Now that they've been gone through by Rita I'd imagine they'd sound better then when I had them and should be good for another 10 years. The price is crazy good, especially considering the service that's been done.Wristwatch--->Crisco

MODS, you can mark this one as sold. Left in the truck of a local Polkie about an hour ago. Hope he enjoys them as much as I did.
