Box recommendations?

Haven't done audio in @ 14 years now. Just picked up a DXI104 SVC. Have a limo golf cart that we take camping. Planning on dropping the speaker in the bag well under the rear seat. Need to make a custom box to fit. Not trying to blast the old ladies out of their campers, just trying to let them know I'm there. Want a good clean sound out of it for a limited radius. Should I go for a sealed or ported box? Any recommendations on what to use to make it? How to make it? Any help would be great. Thanks.

    the polk manual says .66 cubic feet sealed , you say limited radius do you mean make a round box ?
    if so thats easy just buy a 10 or 12" sonotube from home deot cut the end cap make a way to mount the driver you are done .
    You can use a 10" tube its tricky the mount ring for that driver is probebly 9' , it will be easier with a 12" tube .
    if you have room for a wood box thats kinda better round boxes are ineffeciant on volume ( it takes a longer tube versus a square box) volume is easy on square just measure the inside heigth x width x depth and divide by 1728 .
    For example a box that is 11" inside on all areas is 11x11x11=1331 than divide by 1728 ( 1331 divided by1728= .770 cubic)
    tubes are radius x radius x 3.14 x heigth so a 10" tube 12" long is 5x5x3.14x12" =942 than divide by 1728 is .545 cubic so you can see tubes are not much volume but they sound nice and are easier to fabricate .

    By limited radius I just mean I would prefer clean sound as opposed to making a noise that is able to be heard further away. Is prefer a box of some type. That said, how and what do I use to make the box? I'll give dimensions tomorrow if I can to more accurately describe the size of the bag well. Thanks for the quick reply.

    Took a while to get back to this...
    Minimum size without any creative cutting between supports is 14" x 10" x 12.5".
    I'm guessing a 3/4" thick is best. Am I right? Based on these #'s, inside would be 12.5" x 8.5" x 11" at least which would be 0.676 cubic feet.
    Since it's going on a golf cart that is subject to Florida rains/downpours when it is parked, what do I use for material? Marine plywood? Ideas? Anyone have any drawings of how to make it? What to use to hold it together that won't rust? How to keep it water tight? Every bit of help is appreciated. Thanks.
