I have had all of these for around a year. Post interest here and send a PM.
The Pioneer Elite VSX-33 includes the unit and the set-up mic for $250 + shipping from 22204 (if you do not want the set-up mic, you can take $35 off the price). I don't have the remote but have used universal remotes with good success. It is 7.1, 3d capable, 110 Watts per channel receiver (see her for details: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Home/AV-Receivers/Elite+Receivers/VSX-33). The unit has a few nicks on it but nothing major. If anybody is seriously interested, I can take it out for better pictures, but one picture is included below.
The Denon DVD-2910 includes the unit and remote for $75 + shipping. It has a small bump on the top and looks a little used. It has played everything I have tried on it: DVD-As, SACDs, and Redbox. See pictures below.
The NAD 2400 is just the unit for $100 + shipping. The usual power envelope 100 Watts with lots of headroom. The unit is a little rough (some scratches on the top but nothing major). The previous owner removed the feet, so I have just used felt pads. Works great. See here for details: http://nadelectronics.com/products/hifi-amplifiers/2400-Stereo-Power-Amplifier/. I have not taken it out of the system for pictures but will if anybody is interested.

I will send shipping estimates later tonight. It may also be time to head into the closet to see what else is around.
-
I might also be interested in the VSX-33.

Someone's getting a nice deal. Not gonna need good luck with the sale on this thread. I doubt any of this or your ic's will be around tomorrow. Congrats to whoever grabs them.

PM sent on the VSX-33 and NAD.
Your PM box is full.
For the Pioneer VSX-33, I estimate 32 lbs packed which would be about $38 by ups ground.
For the NAD, I estimate 25 lbs packed which would be about $31 by ups ground. -
I gave estimates by ups ground, but if you prefer another shipping service, let me know. You can use estimates of 32 lbs for the Pioneer, 25 lbs for the NAD, and 23 lbs for the Denon.
I think there was a non-THX and THX version of the NAD. The one listed here is the THX version. (There is thought to be no difference.) -
I'll take the NAD and let someone else grab the VSX-33. I have a couple extra AVRs as it is.
I'll clean my PM box and shoot you my address and such. -
Also interested in the Denon, if Dave passes could you provide a pkg price? Send pm please.
It looks like the Denon and Pioneer are available for you if you choose. I PMed you the shipping. Sorry, no package price. -
I'll take the Denon- give me a total via pm when ready. I'm going to pass on the Pioneer for now, found a pair of SDA CRS that need a good home (mine) so trying to budget accordingly. Let Blair*** have at it. Yes, it has kept me from inspecting what is in the closet. I know I have an Adcom gfa-7400 (with the plastic torn in one place on the power cord), an Adcom gtp-600, blackstone tl-3s, and maybe a few surprises. Then I have to figure out what speakers should go. I almost listed my lsi9s, but I think I am going to keep them. -
Next in line for pioneer.Front - RTiA5's
Rear - RTiA3's
Center - CSiA4
Sub - PSW110 -
Right now the NAD and denon are sold pending payment. I have to send pictures on the Pioneer, but it is likely spoken for.
