Who has a moded Nook Color with steroids?

Wifey got a Nook Color & would like to mod it with android 2.3 or other better applicable OS. Any ideas on how to, guess youtube would be the source.

    Pretty easy to find and to apply the mod. However I suggest against it because that device's battery will be drained extremely fast after the mod.
