The lovely Wendi has put a screeching halt to the hemoraging of cash for gear so I got to raise some coinage for future projects.

Here is what I got:

Darrin's remote control

Autographed picture of Sonny Shroyer (Enos from Dukes of Hazzard)

Huge bag of nothing (from liv4fam)

4ft stretch of HD lampcord

3 pair of boxers, seem to be unused, G.B. Grand, Eastampton NJ on the waistband. Don't know how they found thier way into my house though.

Dented can of tuna (Starkist)

I bet I got more junk around here somewhere........

Make me an offer, we can work something out.

I'm interested in the tuna, if it comes with the original packaging and label.

I'm really looking for the upgraded 'chunk white' packed in spring water version - but, if the price is right, I'll settle for the packed in oil version, and upgrade it later.

I don't have much to trade, how about my boots? They are nice broke-in. Either that or how about a vintage 4-pack of BBQ flavored Vienna Suasages with a 1986 expiration date on em?

    Cheers,
    Russ

Well....I've got a CD that dean/klipschead promised to send me about a year or so ago...I can't even remember which one it was...but I'm sure I'll get it soon. I'll trade it for something and just let dean send the CD to you. The tuna sounds good...but if Russ has dibs...

Are we sure this isn't a refurb? Didn't some polk member have a problem when they ordered something and it turned up doa?
He had to ship it back to the factory and almost got nothing in return.

    Just something to consider...

Russ, this is the tuna for you. Nothing but albacore for the kid. I have the manual but will pack to withstand a small bomb blast. Good on ancient vienna sausage here but could do with a early 90's vintage potted meat. I can ship the tuna with the bag of something but I gotta get it packed properly and that will cost extra.

Ok, for the bags, I CAN divy up the big bag of nothing. It was a HUGE bag (consider the source).

OK, on the HD zip, I'll split it. You each want a 2ft run or each want a pos or neg 4ft run?

Dang Russ... I read that list and the tuna was the only thing I was interested in.

Given that it is albacore, I'll go $1.00 (including shipping) if that'll help you out. Ah heck... I'll go $1.25. I prefer packed in water, but my offer stands even if its oil.

Anyone know the primary ingredient in potted meat?
    "Partially defatted pork fatty tissue."

I used to go for the completely fatted pork fatty tissue, but since my heart attack, I've switched. Nothing like it on a Ritz...mmmmMMMM good cracker.

What size are the boxers? Are they silk? Do they appear to be street-wise (i.e. skidmarks)? Have they been worn? Although my wife has done a fantastic job getting kids' clothes at garage sales, and she and her friends are exchanging bags of kids' clothes all the time, I've never been comfortable wearing broken-in clothes. Just something... oooey about it. Oh, well, except for in college when I would somehow end up with a pair of panties in my basket after doing laundry in the dorms.

    BDT,

Personally I think burdette and others are really trying to take advantage of you... with the advent of the tuna "pouches", cans are really going up in value...

As for the HD zip, I'd prefer the 4' negative run, but whatever Frank says is fine. Figure if he wants a conjoined 2' section I can always split the 2' I get, reverse the direction of one of the leads and twist the appropriate ends together...

What a crock Tour. Trying to undercut my deal with Troy.

We all know the new pouch format is FAR superior to the old can format, and I'm willing to bet no one will even be using cans in the near future.

You can use the pouches in your car, not just home. They are lighter, easily transportable, and don't require the purchase of an extra 'can opener stage' to enjoy.

I'm just trying to help Troy get into the 21st Century with his packaged meat products, and YOU are just trying to undercut our deal. I bet if you DID get the tuna, you'd have it up on ebay for a profit before it even hit your mailbox.

    Effer.
