Keeping this one simple... refinishing the enclosures and new grill cloth...

These sound amazing, I have owned a set of Studio 1a before and these are unique in that they do not fall apart with rock music at all...

Very very nice sound. I believe a buddy of mine is going to give these a good home once they are complete!

    I am actually very surprised how well they cleaned up...

    I also gave Parts Express new higher end grill cloth a shot and it is much nicer than their "stock" grade..

    Nice! underrated speakers in my opinion.

    Parts Express regular grill cloth is more of a grey than a black and it is super thin, very very cheap feeling...

    The new cloth is a higher grade of fabric and pitch black... I like it much better
