Anybody know anything about Vincent Audio SA-31 pre amp?

I'm keeping my 12's and just doing upgrades. Right now I have an OLD Adcom pre...NOT the the best one by a long shot. The Vincent is a tube hybrid, but the reveiws i have seen are very positive. Might be a good compliment to the Jolida cd. Anybody know anything about this pre, or have heard it??

    I've heard it was somewhat boomy in the lower regions, not as tight of bass as some had wished for. Other than that, haven't heard that much about them.
