Tagging for Squeezebox use

I noticed that I have quite a few songs/albums that my squeezebox does not recognize. What is the best way to tag these so they appear correctly in My Music.
Thanks!
Thanks!

What? The auto-tagging is exactly why I recommended it. I use CTRL-L (Auto-tag from Amazon.com) and have mostly been pleased with the results. Apparently YMMV.

There Auto-Tag service sucks. Manual tagging is very fluent though.
Auto-tag works pretty well for me. I do have some things that I like to add some info for my own use. But generally it works pretty well. I pull data info from Freedb and cover art from Amazon.
Ocassionally someone will do the song titles and everything in all caps, but in general Freedb database is pretty comprehensive.

I've said it before but I hate auto tagging. I don't want someone else deciding what my tags should be. I don't want 8 different genres of 'Rock', I just want the one. I use an automated process that creates the tag information based on the folder structure and filename of the song.
It's easy, fast, and gives me exactly what I want 100% of the time with not a single error or flaw. When I rip a CD it adds all of about 1 minute to the whole process and gives me exactly what I want. -

I do the same thing, I let the auto-tag pull in the info and then I tweak it if it needs to be. It usually needs some minor tweaking for it to be 100% consistent with the rest of my tagged music.

How do you do that? I can only get info from five different Amazon sites. I've never seen an option to change this. Mind you, I only have the free version so I could be limited. The results are never the right album half the time. Once I accidentally killed a Georgia Satellites album because I hit okay. It re-tagged the songs improperly and mixed the actual track order. Had to revise the track numbers AND titles for all songs and the auto-tag STILL couldn't pick up the album. -
You know, I pull the tags in from dB Poweramp and then I tweak them in Media Monkey later if need be. dB Poweramp pulls from the FreedB database. I also get the cover art from FreedB as well, but at times if the image is poor I'll used MM to search all the Amazon sites for the best art work.

I use MM, and I auto-tag from filename...I find it very convenient for bulk-tagging*************************

Yo...I pull the tags in from dB Poweramp
Sometimes I use and really like the right click Edit ID-Tag feature dBpoweramp installs too. I've been using Tag & Rename for a few years (paid for it). A lot of features and I do it manually for each album. In the few instances album art isn't available, I just google for a ~ 500x500 image.ALL BOXED UP for a while until I save up for a new place
