That is the only I own and bought it specifically for two reasons:
    1) It is high current and high wattage (2400w) so it won't bottle-neck my system.
    2) It automatically regulates voltage to compensate if line voltage sags in your neighborhood.

I didn't need fancy gauges or displays, just wanted commercial level power control and filtering.

I can't comment on the Belkin as I have no expereince with it, but I have the Panamax 5100 on my home two channel system and I'm very pleased. Power conditioners are definitely a worthwhile investment. That is a heckuva good price on that Panny 5100 btw.

Yeh when i saw the specs the belkin pf60 was a phase 6 filter n the panamax 5100 is phase 4 so i would think 6 is better then 4 ..I hear ya zingo i checked urs out n it was almost $400 ..Im just tryn to the best for my setup without killn my pockets ...IDK..

I have Belkin Pf-60. Just purchased and hooked up with HT system. I have not used the other options mentioned in this thread so can't much comment on comparison. But we are very happy with Belkin PF-60. I believe it did help improve quality of video/sound. A major help we found was solving Hum noise resulting from connecting comcast cable in the system. When connected the cable box directly to the receiver, there was a bad hum. However, when connected the cable box to PF-60 first and then from there to receiver, the hum was gone. It always help to protect such expensive gears as you have.

Get a good line conditioner - don't skimp on protection for your gear.

It`s a solid unit. I like the peace of mind. I too, also like the power factor technology. Haven't starved my amp yet.

I have the Tripp Lite LCR2400 and an older Monster HTS-5000 that I use for isolation/switching control. The HTS5000 is now basically a glorified power strip, but I like the relay control for controlling amps, etc.

I keep all my TiVos/Streamers/XBOX360 behind a 1500VA UPS too. Anything with a hard-drive gets the special treatment. Yes, this sounds paranoid, but I have had power issues in the past.

The Tripp Lite is awesome, but it is trippy (no pun intended) to hear the relays click over to different taps during voltage droops. The thing is built around a multi-tap transformer so that if the voltage moves below (or above) a specific voltage range, then it will switch transformer taps.

    Good luck!

    What UPS do you use?

I think it is an older APC Back-UPS Pro 1500. It is pretty substantial with a LCD display on it.
When I talked about bad power, the UPS told me that I had 31 events in a 6 month period.
    *edit*
THis UPS is not rack mounted. It just sits in the bottom/back of the rack and drives the power-strip (I have an ERK rack) which has all the TiVos, the multiswitch and the networking stuff plugged in.
