Hi guys,I think my computer is going nuts,giving me sites I didn't ask for and the relpy feature did not work yesterday.I just want to acknowledge your respones for my ? of the used SDA-2s.I think I know what to look for and that the i/c cable is not neccesarally a deal breaker. I guess condition is key and of course how they sound. I thought that they were for the time the be all end all speeks but again I was wrong and it depends on year tweeters,cable ect.Again I just wanted to get this out an sorry for starting a rediculous thread.....Lew

The speakers you were looking at are very good. I have the same models at home still. After some updating of the crossover and unhooking the dimensional tweeter they became my go to speaker for the longest time. They were very good for the time and still very good to this day. The price was just a little to high...

One other thing that I have no idea of is the length of the famous connecting cable. I can see this being problamatic in some houses/apts w/space and carpets as an issue. Then there are the various kinds of ends to these cables that got changed over the years.
