I think preventive measures should be taken when streeting a 31 million dollar vehicle.

    Yeah they call it a truck and trailer. I would never drive a 31m dollar car on the road.

    No news yet whether the car -- a blue-and-yellow Ferrari similar to the one pictured above -- can be salvaged, though Cox's model was involved in a collision once before, in 1976, and the full restoration that took place before Cox bought the car in 2005 likewise restored its ultra-rarefied price

    A $31M car is never totaled since it cost less to fix it than it's worth. Even if it took you the next ten years to piece it back together and hand-make new parts, someone is always willing to pay for that restoration.
