LS90 Crossover revisited w/new twist
I have sifted through most of what I could find on the LS90 crossover.
It was improved from originally produced to an unannounced second version.
I have also found many folks talking in the forums about modding the existing crossover to air-core components and the like.
I have yet to come across anyone who experienced one old and one revised crossover in their ls90 pair.
I don't know the history of this particular pair, but I know that I like them and I love the price I got them for. I am very much set on dialing these in and keeping them for life.
My question boils down to this: What is the best way to match these up? Two modern upgraded crossovers appear to be price prohibative for me right now.

The crossover? Unless you find a used one on eBay or the like they are not available.
