Hello all. I have multiple ?s but ill start with this. I have dual subs hooked up to my HT receiver. I'm using a y-splitter since I only have one output. Both cables are the same length but for some reason the furthest sub is loosing it signal. I have tested the cables and subs by just flip flopping connection and position. Any clues as to the issue? I'm using audioquest splitter and monster cable.

What do you mean exactly. Signal drops out, sound goes lower? When you switch the sub's does the problem follow the sub, not switching cables, or does the problem follow the cables?Home Theater

Sub loosing signal. I have two psw 1000 and the indicator light glowes green when active and of course it's audible as well. As time goes by the left sub will all of a sudden show red (inactive) as the right one is still active. I flip flopped them with the same results. So it's not the subs. I then did the same test with the cables. I'm thinking the prob might be the Y-splitter.? Is it possible for just one side to just drop out?
