Hello Gentleman!
I have for your consideration a B&K PT3 Preamplifier

First off, this unit does not have a remote*

This unit is in kind of rough shape cosmetically, just scratches on the front face plate and on the top cover - the picture are picking up on some of the flurries from the cloth I used to clean the unit - most of the scratches are centered around the knob...

Comes with the power cord -

This unit sells regularly for $250 or so + shipping elsewhere with all the original stuff and in good condition

So I am thinking $110.00 would seem fair for this shipped with paypal!

Thoroughly tested and sounds great!

Here is a link to the manual - http://www.bkcomp.com/fileadmin/content/content_products/manuals/Past/Preamp%20or%20receiver/PT3c.pdf
Some specs - http://reviews.cnet.com/amplifiers-preamps-processors/b-k-pt-3/1707-7871_7-30098969.html

See pics!

Bombs shelter packaging included!

Wanted to note this unit most likely has codes available for universal remotes and Harmony, etc

I was informed that Dish Network remotes may work with this! :) Thanks

it definitely works with universal remotes.. i had one of these for a short time and used a time warner cable remote to control it.
nice unit and very good price.

Disclaimer - I have a PT-5 which is the same with the addition of balanced outputs.

Some nice things about this preamplifier -
    - Mono output crossed over at 80hz
    - Sub output not crossed over
    - L+R High level outputs croosed over at 80hz
    - L+R Full range outputs

    - Loudness compensation button (I know, I ain't supposed to like it, but I listen at low levels in my home office)
    - User defined labeling for all inputs

    Only lacking thing -
    - No phono input

Someone should buy it, as it would be total overkill for my garage system and I can't wait too long for someone else..

    I'll take it Trey
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

So I can only assume that Trey can bend the space-time continuum to his will or has multiple wormholes at his disposable because that was some fast shipping. And I don't want anyone tossing around the term "bomb-proof" unless they've taken one of his clinics, as well.

    Thanks Trey!

Sorry... "disposal". Though I do think that Disposable Wormholes would make an excellent name for a punk band.
