I have an used 16 GB HP Touchpad in the HP custom fit Folio case.
Accessories include charger and usb cable only. PDF of owner's manual available here: http://www.hpwebos.com/us/support/handbooks/touchpad/HP_TouchPad_UG.pdf
Cosmetically, the exposed front face is in excellent condition. There is some scuffing on the gloss black plastic backing, but that is obviously not visible in the case. There are two hairline cracks around the left lower speaker (google for HP Touchpad crack; it is a very common problem and probably a design flaw / manufacturing defect of the design itself) that don't affect the functionality of the Touchpad or speakers themselves and aren't really noticeable unless you look carefully for it:

$165 + ship (lower 48 states only; no P. O. boxes or APO, please)

Lots of good info about the TouchPad (and any other WebOS devices) over at PreCentral.net if you want tips on setting it up or if you're just curious.

I almost flipped out a bit when I realized I could not even open club Polk on this tablet... then I calmed down and hacked it to install android ice cream sand which and so far it is freaking awesome. Thanks- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Yeah, it doesn't come up on any WebOS devices. Something weird about how this forum loads pages. Even in Opera on my PC it behaves a bit weird. Every time I navigate to a new page it loads twice.

I've gone one of these as well and the first thing I did was get Android on it. I know some people think that WebOS is the best thing ever, but for me (and a lot of other people apparently) this thing is much more usable with Android installed, and thats coming from an Apple guy....

The WebOS OS seemed pretty freaking useless after about 20 minutes of using it... No supported apps or anything really... Blah- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

That is indeed the largest criticism of WebOS, the lack of apps. It just never garnered the support it deserved. Never had the proper backing from Palm or HP to bring in the developers.
However as a GUI for mobile devices, judging just the functionality of the GUI itself, it really is quite good. With the Touchpad you don't really get the full WebOS experience as there is no gesture area. Gestures are really the raison d'etre of WebOS. Largely eliminates hunting for buttons on the device or the screen; instead you just swipe your finger across the gesture area. To really appreciate how good WebOS can be you need to use a WebOS phone. Not that anyone is going to go out and buy one just to try it out... But you could.
After HP abandoned WebOS they decided to make it open source, so who knows, it may eventually have a comeback.
