I purchased it on ebay because a new one cost around 7 GRAND.
I paid 2695.00 and also got free freight shipping and it arrived 2 days after I paid.I was fortunate to find a top notch seller of used ones.A great little fryer that cooks very well and is automated so its impossible to overfry anything. No exploding mozzarella sticks

I found some really great fries too. There Lamb Weston colossal crisp brand and have a tasty batter and really are crispy crunchy good. And they cook faster than regular cheepo fries.Ill post some pics some day.

Why "ventless" ? Isn't vented a better way to go all around ? Does it have self contained fire control/extingishing provisions ??
