dont waste your money getting two 1000 watt amps -- you dont need that much powr.
in a bandpass box, you can get away with less power and get the same volume as more power in a sealed box.
now, taking that into consideration, the 2124's are 400 watts rms... so why not just go by the rating, no need to overpower them...
400 x 4 = 1600 watts.
four 4 ohm subs in parallel = 1 ohm.
i would suggest an amp that is 1500 to 1600 watts x 1 at 1 ohm.
Hifonics Brutus BX1500D ... $380 after instant rebate
1500 x 1 at 1 ohm rms.

or two amps that are about 750 - 800 x 1 at 2 ohms
Mtx Thunder 500D ... $300 each x 2 = 600 bucks factory old stock clearance.
each will come out of the box at over 700 x 1 at 2 ohms and 12.5 volts, and near or over 800 x 1 at 14.4 volts.

what would be the wiring order on the subs that are right up to each other would one have to be out of phase than the other so it would be push/pull or should the phase be selected from the amp ?Testing

if they're bolted to each other - wire one out of phase with the other on the speaker. The Artist formerly known as PoweredByDodge
