Are you crazy....do you know what is in those things?????? We did not vaccinate our last and she has been the healthiest, has also developed faster than the other mentally. We had gotten the full round for both of our boys, and they have both been diagnosed as bipolar. I have not had any vaccines in I don't know how long, and I feel great. The last time I got the flue was the last time I got the Flu shot so go figure, ymmv.

I did that after two. This reminds me of Idiocracy. 5 and 10! What the heck? I can see having that many if you run a farm the old fashioned way and need the free labor, but otherwise, its just irresponsible. So is skipping vaccines. Good luck when you need to enroll them in public school.

Why is it irresponsible to have 5 kids???? And what is so irresponsible about educating ourselves and making an informed decision about the "pros" and "CONS" of vaccines? As for school all you need to do is sign a waiver no big deal, besides we home school. As a side note after we find the place we are going to buy, we plan on raising chickens, cows, and goats, as well as growing a lot of our own food.

yea the previous post was a little assholeish.

I did assume however that if u have 5 kids, gave birth at home, and are not vaccinating, that u will also be homeschooling. I certainly can't imagine any of those things for myself, but if you love your children and can properly provide for them then it's difficult to argue that its irresponsible.

congrats again on a healthy baby!

Maybe I'm being an arsehole, but this planet does not have enough resources sustain the current population, let alone an increasing population. Think about this, between Dude and his sister, they have 15 kids from presumably 4 parents. That is a population increase of 375%! That is irresponsible IMO. I don't want to get in to a ****/tat argument about vaccinations, but its kinda strange how many old obscure diseases are starting to pop back up like measles and whooping cough.

Let's do it the Chinese Way, I'm sure you know what this is since you know about resources and the increasing population. It really was a pretty nasty comment to make. How many children do you have or are planning to make?
About obscure diseases and vaccinations, yes, there are diseases starting to "pop back up" in the U.S.. Why do you think this might be happening? We had most of it wiped out here when we controlled our borders and had immigrants coming in the correct way and most tested for these "obscure diseases". Now anyone with any disease can walk right across our borders and move in next door to you and go to school with your children. Do you ever think about what is really happening or are you a kool-aid drinker?
You you really trust the vaccine programs pushed on you by big brother? I haven't been vaccinated in a long time and if I really feel I need it, I will go get it on my own. Yes, some people are hurt by the vaccines that the government assures you is safe.

Good for you Dude for using your mind.
My mom had 4 kids, is that too many?

Congratulation, dude, here's to a happy and prosperous future for your new son !

Regarding vacinations (and no, I'm stirring up stuff), there's seems to be some indication that it isn't the individual vacines that are a problem, but the tendency to load up the vaccination schedule into one mega-dose that may cause problems.
It may be that getting individual dosages spread across an extended time frame (months) could/would eliminate the "problem" of mega-dosing that occurs now.
    Just a thought.

BTW: recent studies have shown ZERO advantage to getting a flu shot vs getting a placebo. ZERO.
Can't name the source off the top of my head, but it's something like JAMA or the Mayo Clinic or ... something.

As to having "too many kids", I always figured some folks are more worth reproducing than others. I only had 3 because I didn't want to spoil the planet.:smile:

From a nurse friend of my wife
    Mary Bxxxxxxxd
You are sooo right Steph! I also have two kiddos who were injured by vaccines and now suffer permanent, lifelong disorders that have profoundly and irreversibly affected all of our lives. I am a nurse & thought I was doing what was best for my children, and no one would listen to me when I reported what I was seeing. I now know I should have kept yelling from the rooftops until they did listen! I have friends who are Physicians, their first child was injured by vaccines ... They no longer vax. Of their 5 children, only the first who was vaxed has any issues. They do not feel this is coincidence. Neither do I!! ♥ If you feel the need to vax, please research carefully and delay as much as possible and spread the vaccines out. Watch your child (esp. their behaviors / mannerisms and of course physically) for any type of reaction and seek assistance immediately. (There are also 'natural' things you can use to help lessen the toxicity if you act quickly.)
