Inexpensive 7.1 receiver with HDMI

I'm looking for an el-cheapo receiver to hold me over for 6-12 months while I save up for a monster. The only requirements are that it must be able to upconvert component to HDMI and be 7.1. We're talking basic here! PM me with what you have and what you want for it shipped to 43228.
