Don't expect to get your money back when they move down the road.

Huh? I assume you're joking? Right?

You don't think you can get twice $75 or more for a set of LSi-7s? ReallY?

It's hard to find them below $300 even now with the new series out. And since the new series bookie is 1500 a pair, you can be certain that that price point is not going anywhere soon!

To OP, you lucky bastage! May as well give the set away at that price!

He he... I understood it this way, "Don't expect to get only your money back, you'll get much more back". ;)

I am listening now and they are impressive.

As to money back I think these will be keepers. Nice bookshelf for living room system!!
I am also working on a pair of "The Smaller Advent" I was planning on using for the living room system. Gonna be quite a shoot out.

Since I already have two pair of Large Advents and a pair of KLH 6's (thanks to tnhndyman) on the way. I think these Polks may take the day for that system and the others will be sold to a friend (so I still will get to hear them). Actually I will prob keep all of these!! HA!

Got some others that will have to go though.

    Too many speakers?? Niceness!

Well there seems to be some synergy w/these polks and my OLA's quad w/tube amp..
These are very nice speakers. I am initially very psyched.

Double stack the Advents, they'll surprise you in that configuration. Turn the ones on the top upside down so the tweeters are in the middle and the woofers take up the top and bottom positions.

    See what you think!

And enjoy the 7s, they're a heck of a bookie if you put the right amplification on them!

I have OLA, NLA and now Smaller Advents (awaiting refoam). I need to stack them to check that out.

When I auditioned the Lsi7's they didnt sound that great and the guy kept on apologizing for the sound. He said this isnt my regular set up (he just moved) and that they sound a lot better with good equipment. I figured for $75 I could not go wrong and they sounded pretty good. Well they sound really really nice at home w/my Yaqin mc-10l tube amp.

How did I miss that one. I usually check CL a couple times a day. Fantastic score!

Just one question... Do they each happen to have one scratch...that just happens to go right through the serial number?
