It's been a long time since I've had to do this, and I'm sure its simple, but, I can't figure out how to paste my resume onto a job search site. Its written in Word 2010, a 'docx.'
They don't do attachments, and I'm drawing a complete blank on how to do this:redface:
I'm not unemployed, but very frustrated:mad:
As always, TIA

Have you tried to simply 'highlight' the text from your doc ( "Control+C") then do a paste into the job site ("Control+V")?

I'll try that, thanksI refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

I'll try that, thanks
I've had to save a copy of mine in "plain text" (xyz.txt) and cut-n-paste from that when filling out resumes on some sites. -
Resave it as a doc, or RTF file.Marantz AV-7705 PrePro, Classé 5 channel 200wpc Amp, Oppo 103 BluRay, Rotel RCD-1072 CDP, Sony XBR-49X800E TV, Polk S60 Main Speakers, Polk ES30 Center Channel, Polk S15 Surround Speakers SVS SB12-NSD x2

I have a copy in both formats. Took a little time to do, but it worked...

Thanks folks, unfortunately, I couldn't pull it off, and took another route. Basically, just listed my bullet points, with an explanation that a proper resume, certificates, etc. was available upon request.
I don't know WTF this one website doesn't do attachments. And, its been like this for 7+ years?!
Sh***y design, IMO:mad:I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!
