Element LCD factory settings

Hi, just throwing this out here. If anyone knows the procedure to reset all settings on an Element brand LCD television to the factory defaults, please post! Can't seem to find it anywhere. TIA.

Do they have a customer service line you can call and ask?

Yep, they were absolutely clueless. Said they were only set up to handle warranty issues.
