Henry Hill, a former mobster-turned-FBI informant whose life became the basis for Martin Scorsese's 1990 movie "Goodfellas," died Tuesday in a L.A. hospital after a long battle with an undisclosed illness, his girlfriend, Lisa, told TMZ. He was 69.

I believe he had emphysema. I liked when he would go on Howard Stern. He was always funny sober or drunk.

RIP you Canary,

Amazing to me that he lived that long!

Goodfellas - great movie that I only had the desire to see once. Joe Pesci's character was a true monster.
