Thank you Polk Forum Karma - vintage Technics SA-202 receiver

Preface - I hope I am doing this correctly :-p
I am deeply grateful for the kindness shown to me by many folks on this forum; particularly Polkersince1985 who supplied me with what should be a lifetime supply of vintage Polk badges when I broke the one on one of my purchased-new Monitor 7As! He wouldn't even let me reimburse him for postage...
Ever since, I've been looking for a nice piece of vintage hardware decent enough to be a "Karma" offering. My favorite vintage electronics emporium :-) this week turned up what I believe to be a fine candidate - a Technics SA-202 AM/FM Stereo Receiver.
This was the next step up from entry-level Technics receiver ca. 1979-80, rated 25 wpc at <0.04% THD per
http://vintagetechnics.co.uk/receivers.htm
This one is, I'd opine, in good condition cosmetically and functionally. I've cleaned the controls and done a modest exterior clean-up. I did not clean up the guts very much, nor did I do any other restorative work. The only obvious issue with this particular receiver is that the dial lamps are not lighting - there is (are?) a bevy of small, soldered-in bulbs; I suspect they're series-wired; perhaps only one is burned out, preventing the whole string from lighting. The signal strength and stereo LEDs are working fine.
Anyone interested in this receiver (continental United States only, please!) should post his/her intentions to this thread between now and 12 noon EDT on Friday, 15 June, 2012. I'll ask Mrs. H to randomly select a post by number to identify the lucky recipient! If you're willing to do so, please indicate in your post what speakers you might like to try pairing with this little receiver.
Thanks so much for your consideration and to all of you who make this a great place!

"Not in", only because I already have a Technics receiver in the fold and space is becoming a premium in my office and basement. lol.
But this is a very nice Karma, Mark, which I am sure someone will enjoy! That 202 looks to be in very good condition! And there are so many wonderful "vintage" speakers that one could pair with this, I don't even know where to start!
To the lucky winner, then!

Count me in on this. I'd love to get this in my garage paired with some vintage monitors to listen to tunes as I work on my golf swing.

Yeah Ken (Polkersince1985) is a great dude! He gave me a Phase Linear preamp, mailed it to me, didn't even ask for shipping. And I bought a nice pair of Monitor 10's from him for $20. Even then I had to MAKE him take that!--Gary--

Would send this off to college with my oldest daughter next fall - paired with either some Missions, or a set of Optimus depending on her room situation.
