While not really a formal 'review', the RTiA3s have a write up in the recurring "Entry Level" column of this month's issue of Stereophile (July 2012).
Nothing new or startling - safe and nice comments.
As a former RTiA3 owner - I'd agree with the writeup.

H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.

I'd be interested in that. I also have a pair of these but they've been temporarily taken out of service and replaced by a 60 dollar pair of used Boston Acoustics A100s in my basement HT. Not really a fair comparisons since the BA A100s can reach below 40hz and are a 10" two way acoustic suspension speaker with a cabinet volume that dwarfs the A3s. Ultimately more "full range" than A3s which are, after all, still bookshelves.
