Psw111 very low sound

Just purchased psw111 onlined brand new in box hooked them up lfe too harman kardon avr 7000 with my lsi25 fronts i am not getting no bass at all i have too pick up the sub just feel if its putting out it is but very faint when i turn off lsi's its like no bass at all should i send back please helpppp
