I have sc-35 rti12 rti10 csi6 psw404
Bought a used amp gfa-7500 from friend (very good condition)
I know gfa-7500 isn't my final choice but at least give a try.
After connected and run mcacc. I feel for HT almost no different.
But for music. Sound is more clear and more warm.
Now I know 150w per channel is good enough.
Sorry my Enough is poor but I mean the separate amp is very necessary and very improve.
Also the gfa-7500 isn't reach my ideality I believe the parasound will do more more...
Later I will sell adcom go for a51 or 2205a or ?

Glad to hear you're enjoying the Adcom. Don't worry about the English for now! I think you'll find that Adcoms can compete with most amps in providing HT power. Sure there are better, but the question is do you "really" hear a BIG difference in HT surround with something a lot more expensive? Maybe, maybe not. I think the law of diminishing returns sets in much more quickly in HT surround than in two channel rigs.
I think HT is a pretty easy thing to set up. Some people plow their money into that. I just don't think there's much of a return for that because you can improve two channel much more and more quickly IMO. Unless you're one of those guys who only has ONE system doing double duty? In that case, what I say above does not apply to you and your system.
I usually recall the wisdom of Doro when it comes to HT, to paraphrase "Home Theater is "easy", two channel...is where it's at", or something to that effect.
Enjoy!

The amps in that avr are top quality and geared towards HT. Maybe adding a tube buffer into your avr will help out with music further improving your sound. For real warmth in music you can add a tube preamp to your amp and skip past your avr altogether when listening to music. Many options out there for less than $300 to really get you enjoying your new amp
Good to know you like your new toy -
For gfa-7500 added. I feel no different for HT. for music it does improvement.
The adcom gfa-7500 is good but not great.
I don't want two set( HT and music separate). I want all in one.
Actually I have pair rti12. pair rti10. pair rti6 and csi5. and sub.(now I didn't use rti10)
I think the gfa-7500 did not give me big improvement because the sc-35 already did good job.
I really want a good amp for HT and music both ( the best under $1200 new or used )
Or maybe the amp under $1200 can't beat the sc-35?
I know I can't put for sale here but I rather sell the gfa-7500 for the polk member for less money after I got another amp.
Thanks -
Oh. I forget tell All my cables are cheap ( not really cheap ). How big improvement for replace all. noticeable?

I was on the hunt for the ad 7500, and then a Acurus 125x5 fell into my lap and the rest is history. A friend here in the area took the time to bring his Adcom 7500 over to my place a couple of days ago and switched out the 2 for a half hour or maybe 45 minutes. The adcom was sure good, but it was no match for the Acurus. Even my friend was amazed at the warmer tone. as for volume.. I swore the Adcom was a little more, but painful to listen to, so checking out different amps is fun. I too was thinking Parasound, but that would mean changing the stand I have as well, so no hurry there. Just enjoy that baby for while, it may grow on ya!!"if it's not fun, it's not worth it & remember folks, "It's All About The Music"!!
