This was sent to me from FMtunerinfo.com. I am just passing along to those who may find a good deal, although from what i've seen in the past prices to me seem a little on the high side.

    Interesting.

His power tube prices seem pretty high, but you never know, truely NIB tubes do command a hefty premium over even slightly used tubes. The prices for the RCA 6V6 and 6L6 are a little ridiculous. I can buy (2) quads of slightly used RCA 6V6's for the price of his NIB pair.

The signal tubes seem better, but without photo's and date information the prices really mean nothing. An RCA signal tube from 1971 doesn't command the same price as the same RCA signal tube from the late 50's - early 60's.

Brock I did not go through every tube but when you click on the tube below the price is a link to a picture of the tube.

I saw that. Photo's aren't very good. Most of his stuff looks newer from the 70's and early 80's. Not a bad price for the RCA branded Mullard 5AR4's. You'd need the codes to really know which version you are getting as some are more desirable than others. I can tell by looking at the RCA boxes (Orange and White with the more modern RCA logo) that a couple of them are probably mid 70's rather than more desirable mid to late 60's Mullard 5AR4's. Yet his pricing is the same.

Still finding NIB Mullard 5AR4's is getting harder and harder. His price at $185 for what are most likely the f32 series with 4 ribbed side plates and single halo is still at the upper end. But with Mullard 5AR4/GZ34's you can pretty much name your price. They are the best...............PERIOD:exclaim:

Actually the more I look, the crazier his prices are. $150 each for a 1974 RCA 7025? That's highway robbery. The 7025 is an excellent tube, but that's just a crazy price.

Perhaps he's not as eager to sell them as he says he is.
