I have a WD I've TV up for sale. It's in excellent condition, don't have the original box though, the player remote and power supply are included. This box will stream multiple online sources including Netflix, and will also stream local content from an attached network drive or a USB drive.

How does this compare to the XBMC?

I have XBMC installed on my Apple TV. The functionalities of the two are basically the same for what I needed, both give you stream of online and local content.
