Bi-amping?

Sent my adcom GFA-7000 to be serviced and getting back this weekend. Since I'll be setting back up i was thinking of bi-amping the fronts. Using a HK 354 as pre driving Rti-A9's and Csi-A6. Question since the Adcom is a five channel amp should I use the Adcom for both the low and high on the 9's and the remaining channel for the lows on the center and use the hk for the center high. I would then use the Hk for the remaining surrounds running a 5.1 system. Or use the Adcom for the lows on the fronts and still use the last two channels for the the back surrounds and then use the hk for all the highs on the fronts?
Any suggestions or thoughts about either one of these options or a completely different idea?
Thanks.

If thats your gig, then I would use the Adcom, 4 channels for the front 2 speakers and just one one the center. Let the receiver handle the surrounds. Having the receiver and the amp hooked up to any one speaker may be a mismatch in speed.HT SYSTEM-

Thanks Tony that's what i was wondering. Didn't know if should have the hk mixed in with the amp driving the same speaker.

You will not gain a thing and will loose mid and get grainier top end compared to just the amp hooked to the speakers.
The HK is a nice piece but it won't sound as good as the Adcom by itself. -
Thanks Joe, Once I get the amp back I'll bi-amp the front R and L with the adcom and the center and then run the rear surrounds with the HK. Thanks for the info guys.
