room measurments and windows

I'm building a home theater from the scrach. I don't want to put windows in the room.
My wife said that we can put two windows of 2.13254 ft x 1.31233 ft (0.65 meter x 0.40 meter) each.
the room is 16.4041 ft x 13.1233 ft (5 m x 4m).
Regarding the quality and aqustic for the sound, What do you advise? So I can install a 7.2. system in the room.
