I'm thinking about Upgrading my Polk RTi A9's to Energy V6.2,
would it be an Upgrade or Downgrade? I listen to 80% Music &
20% Home Theater, are these more Musical then the Polks & do
they require less power to Drive them, because the Polks are Power
Hungry & require an Amp. with at least 200wpc.

Ps. What Brand Amp. & How many Watts per. Channel
would work good with the Energy V6.2's?

Dude, you have been given the names of several amps, I always recommend at least 200wpc @ 8 ohms to let the speakers operate to their full potential.

Only your ears will tell you if you will like the Energy speakers over the RTI's. Now just pick something and decide for yourself.

Dude really? How many times do you want people to answer the same questions for you? Go demo the Energy's, if you like them better buy them. If you want a warmer sound go with a warmer amp, several have already been recommended to you (Nad, parasound etc.) If you're so worried about selling the Polks because they're too power hungry and need and amp then why are you already asking about which amp to buy for the Energy's? Nobody can tell you about how your system will sound but YOU, depends on your personal taste, the room, your gear etc. I'd really spend less time starting new threads and more time going out and learning what you like by listening to as many speakers as you can and making an educated decision.
