Met Axl once through a friend... and he was a bigger **** in person than the media could possibly make him out to be. I am happy to say I have never spent a penny on any GnR stuff. Amanda Overmyer would have done better to have ignored his influence and done her own thing instead of trying to be like her homie IMHO. Met her at an outdoor "Dancin' in the Streets" event in Lafayette, Indiana. It was painfully obvious that GnR was a major influence on her. What a shame.

I never cared for Mr. Rose's musical offerings so I wasn't aware of his objectionable behavior on/off stage. He sounds like a real "handful" !

Its just sad he got the the naming rites for Guns N' Roses. Way to destroy the name of a good band.

I have some very rare vinyl of them from the late 80's early 90's that has never seen a needle. Back in the day I was a big fan but there is no way I will ever spend a dime on them..

After his no show at their Rock and Roll HOF induction, this just makes him look like an even bigger whining d-bag.

The best thing that could happen now is a boycott of GnR concerts.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

Kind of funny how GNR's management team bans Slash T-shirts when Axl himself dresses quite often like a Slash Wannabe.

    Axl Rose.jpg

Although Axl is quite the ****-head, there's no getting around, IMO, the fact that their album, "Appetite for Destruction" has a monster rock tune on it: "Sweet Child of Mine".
    Has a Crank-It-Up factor of 10.

.... Axl still is a ****. He won't be back to our little berg anytime soon after he flipped out at Riverport and started a mini-riot. Think he still might have an outstanding warrant on that incident. :loneranger:

This clown is a punk-@ss little b*tch, who needs a good whoopin'. A few days in a trauma ward might fix his attitude.

His voice is like finger nails on a chalkboard to me. Screechy, no warmth, no fullness, just thin and shrill. How he ever got to be a star is beyond me.

Sweet Child O' Mine on the radio causes me to immediately switch channels.

Yet another reason you can add to the list of why Sal is 10 times richer than Billy.
