Digital Cameras - Nikon D60, Olympus, Sony

For sale is a Nikon D60 body with just over 5,000 clicks on the shutter counter. It's in great condition, comes with 1GB memory card and shoulder strap, genuine Nikon battery, and Nikon battery charger. I used it for photo shoots and projects over the years as a volunteer photographer for several events.

I am asking $250 for the Nikon D60 body.

Along with the Nikon D60 is an 18-55mm DX Nikkor with stabilizer - this is the lens I used with the above camera and can be seen in the pic below. Very clean, again used only for those special events where a point and shoot couldn't suffice. Comes with lens cap and all original packaging/documentation.

I would like to sell the camera and lens together, so I am asking $350 for the body, lens, and accessories.

Second is an Olympus C-4040Z that has served me well for many years. My first point and shoot camera, has gone everywhere and still works great to this day. Probably has over 20,000 clicks on the shutter counter but I can't seem to find that information.

Comes with a stack of memory cards (various sizes, but most are 128MB) carrying case, USB cable, and charger. Also have 2 or 3 sets of rechargeable batteries that still hold a good charge (100+ shots).

How about $125 for the camera and accessories? If my price is too high, please let me know.

Third is a Sony DSC-T20 digital camera which also has some 20,000+ shots on the counter. This was used everywhere, from vacations to weddings to travel photos, etc. As a result it has some scratches and signs of use. Also the LCD screen is pretty well used with marks and scratches on it. Definitely not mint condition like the two cameras above. Comes with 4GB Memory Stick Duo, battery, USB and video cables, charger, and a small carrying case.

Not sure how much this is worth - perhaps $75? Again, not the greatest condition but it works.

Last is a Sony MHS-CM1 digital camera/camcorder which was used lightly, mainly to upload videos to YouTube. Comes with 4GB Memory Stick Pro Duo, charger, component video cable, and a small carry pouch. Didn't really use this much, and now that I have a full AVCHD camcorder, I'm never going to use this.

I am asking $60 for this pocket camera and all accessories. Works great, and in great condition.

Also have a Sony DCR-TRV480 Digital8 camcorder which is great if you have an old 8mm or Hi8 video collection. Shoots on 8mm and Hi8 tapes without the need for separate camcorders. Digital8 capable when using Hi8 tapes (8mm only on standard 8mm tapes). Comes with both a standard and extended length battery, several tapes, power cord, A/V cable, USB cable, FireWire cable, AC adaptor, and several CD's of LEGAL photo editing software.

I am asking $279 for the DCR-TRV480 and related accessories.

Interested in the d60; i have a pentax *ist DL now. It is one of the first budget DSLR cameras and has served me well. Its only 6.2 megapixels. How would the d60 compare?

The D60 has a 10.2 Megapixel sensor with lots of choices for lens options and accessories. IMO, it's a better camera. The one I have up for sale is in great condition and will serve you well for many years to come.

Thanks very much. Look forward to getting the D60. With Holidays coming up, I am trying to be better about "documenting" them and taking pictures. My 7 year old and 5 year old have been really interested in looking at pictures of the wife and I when we were younger and it made me realize that we haven't dedicated nearly enough time to take pictures of special events, trips and holidays.
