How much is this stuff worth?

Any photographers here? Today I picked up a Sony NEX-VG10 "prosumer" HD camcorder which uses the same lenses as the Sony Alpha series of DSLRs. So I am looking into getting into the Sony system of lenses and am getting rid of all my old stuff.

For starters, in the point-and-shoot category, I have the following cameras and camcorders:

Nikon D60 (lots of accessories)
Olympus C-4040Z (lots of accessories)
Sony DSC-T20 (charger, 4GB memory card)
Sony MHS-CM1 (AC adaptor, 4GB memory card)
Sony DCR-TRV480 (lots of accessories)

I also have tons of memory cards, batteries, flash units, chargers, an external mic and video light, carrying cases, etc. which I don't really know if they are worth anything nowadays.

In the "serious photography" category, I have the following but I am not sure if I want to get rid of them:

Nikon F100 (tons of accessories, carrying case, cleaning kit, etc.)
Associated Nikon Lenses (primes, macros, fisheyes, zooms, etc.)
External Flash Unit
Lots and lots of film

Then last is a Sony DCR-TRV320 camcorder that I use to play Hi8 and 8mm tapes - I am going to hold on to this for a while until I get all of my 8mm tapes transferred to DVD, but looking to sell in the future.

Attached is a pic of the most unused items - is any of this worth selling?

Went through the same bundle and then some when my dad passed a couple years ago, but just like most electronics the longer you hold onto it the faster it devalues. The first thing on the better camera bodies is the number of pics that has been taken. That number is embedded in the firmware.

Is this also true for a film SLR body? I know on the Nikon D60 it does have a counter of the number of pics taken, but I didn't think the F100 would do the same.

you cannot on an f100. The only thing to determine accurately is have a certified tech or Nikon check it out. There were some larger format Nikons that had actuation counters.

The f100 bodies arent worth much these days. <$200 unfortunately for the nice ones.

For the d60, depending on actuations, you'd be looking at ~$250 for the body. Much less if near 50,000 actuations+
design is where science and art break even.

Update - I have 5,258 shutter actuations on the D60 body.

For the little Sony Cyber-Shot and Olympus cameras, I would estimate 20,000+ shutter actuations easily. Can't seem to find that info though.
