How long till this guys a free man?

A short time back, there was a man beheaded on a bus just outside our city. A couple years after the man is now walking with supervision around the city he is in (Mental Health Institution). Everyone will have an opinion about how they feel for someone or if a condition can really make that person do such cruel things to another human being.

With saying that, I had a friend pass this onto me. The lawyer in this story for the accused is an IDIOT!

I saw this yesterday and could not believe it. First of all I couldn't believe the crime. There was another story of a guy riding a bus who attacked another passenger while he was sleeping. Apparently he beheaded the victim and showed it to the bus passengers. The evaluation claims that he thought the guy was an alien. Yet the really unbelievable thing is that he too now gets supervised trips to the city. I am all for rehabilitation and such, but this is flat out ridiculous.
