Thanks! The Von Schweikerts aren't going anywhere. The acoustic treatments are Real Traps Mini Traps. Since the room is live and open I wanted to tame some reflections. Bass response is pretty even overall with the 4 subs but I am looking forward to seeing what the Audyssey XT32 can do for a non- dedicated space such as this.

Thanks for all the kind words. Ideally I would have wanted to set up the HT lengthwise but alas, the fireplace. Sooooooo- I had to
design everything for aesthetics and sound as I did not want to distract from the focal point. All the components are tucked in a closet around the corner. I wanted a nice , clean look. Interior design is my first love closely followed by Audio ( very close). It does sound
very good. I got lucky with the sloped, cathedral ceiling. It's the best sounding system I've had yet. Even with the surrounds
    in - ceiling.

Definitely. Tamed some high end. It's a live room so any absorption , reflection helps. Hence drapes, carpet, fabric sofa etc.

    Yes. A Blue Heeler.

Welcome back Darla. Your rig looks great...I'm sure it sounds just as good as it looks.

I have a Blue Heeler (with a little Jack Russell mixed in). They are great dogs. Mine is the smartest damn dog I've ever owned.
