2 channel amp to drive LSi 15's

I am looking for a good 2 channel amp, preferably Carver amp (since it will be paired with my Carver 705x) that will provide at least 300 wpc @ 4 ohms. Budget is a bit on the low side at 250 shipped so I am hoping from some Polk forum love.

I am not handy at all with electronics so any units would have to be functional.

Unit will be used to drive a set of Polk LSi 15's and be used basically everyday in my main system.

Some units I would prefer (but am willing to look at other options) would be:

TFM-25, TFM-35, M1.0t, M500t, A-400x, etc.

Out of pure curiosity, what is it rated at 8 ohm? This isnt going to be right for my LSi 15's as I need it to be rack ready....... BUT it might be perfect for something later on down the road DIY sub wise.....

I found your pic of it and yea, this puppy needs a touchup lol: http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?130005-Lots-of-stuff-and-most-with-pics-even!&p=1736876&viewfull=1#post1736876

I have a very nice class D amp rated at 225 WPC which powers my father-in-laws LSi15s great. I probably couldn't let it go for less than $400 though as it does have great features like adjustable gain for each channel, XLR and RCA inputs, high current power supply, etc.

    Just another option...
