Just read this article and thought I'd share. MHO is that you can include Monster in the 'zipcord' category...

I found a sealed bottle of J&B Scotch that was bottled in 1979, purchased to be served at my wedding in 1982, and lost until last night!

I don't know if it was electrons or what flowing through that 33 year old liquid gold, but the buzz and enjoyment it provided was INCREDIBLE!

I'd like to turn this into a "Scotch Does Matter" Thread .

There are probably more threads on this subject on this forum than any other subject lol. Do a search and see.

Thats why no ones posted. We all know which forum members are on which side, no ones really going to change anyones mind and we had it all out in those 9 pages lol.....

I didnt realize it would be that bad when I posted it.........

    or did I

I believe it is in Ontario, Canada. Polk's Canadian manager used to live there.

Don't know about the scotch. I DO know about "10 year" experience w/Grand Marnier. Very nice.

As far as the "cables, etc" go, I like to see a moderator create a cable sticky and shut down these future time wasters.

Unlike wine, once spirits like whiskey (including single malt scotches) or brandy (cognac, armagnac) are
put in the bottle, they change very little from that point on. All the important aging happens in the cask
    before bottling.
