No experience with D-Sonic, but have owned just about every W4S product.

Never had an issue with any of their products. As for SQ, clean and transparent without being harsh or thin. Huge dynamics and the lowest noise floor I've experienced.

Are you currently using either brand in your rig?

He has been a W4S fan for a few years now, and for good reason they build some killer gear, I have yet to try one of there amps..

I'm using a W4S ST-1000 amp for my 2-channel setup. Very warm tone, highly detailed, not that far away from Parasound sig. I definitely recommend this brand.

No experience with the D-Sonic amp,but have had the pleasure to have met Dennis a couple of times and firmly believe he stays on the cutting edge of audio technology and goes above and beyond to build only the finest equipment.I have heard nothing but praise from a few other folks who have some of his products.
