Any good? Has a grado cartridge ( dont know the modle # grado yet) they want a hundo) has new belt and good cosmetics. No puck. Or manuals. Vs others in price range or close how does it stack up? Thanks.

I would pass at that price. Never cared for HK personally, and I don't think that table sold for much more when new. Could be wrong on that though.The Gear... That series of hk turntables was and is very nice... that particular model, though, is at or near the entry level for the line. Hunnert smackers strikes me as slightly high (depending on condition, though, and which Grado cartridge and if the stylus is very good). Grado should be a good match for the fairly low mass arm.
EDIT: I take that back - looks like a nicer model than I recalled... those are really quite nice tts. Here's the OM:

Though I still don't care for HK in general, it looks a lot better than I remembered as well.(perhaps my drug induced coma is affecting my memory:redface:) I did a search and found that new dust covers are being made for them as well, something not done for a crappy table. I agree with mhardy that it may be worth a look, depending on the cartridge.The Gear... It does look very nice. Got to ck out the cart. It could be worth a hun by itself.listened to it today on a marantz 2285 reciever but they were on some bose 301's so couldnt tell anything sound wise.Main Rig:
