HTS 5100 Review

Doro will confirm we check power bays all the time. The following list is what I'm reading off of the display on this Monster:p
Idle Voltage=122.7 and under max load of my system it fell to 121.1V
Idle current required in order of the following list:
Device,Amps
Idle,.5
S1000,.9
770,1.9
h/k520,2.5
2900,2.9
SAT520,3.0
Sony57",4.6
Delta=4.1A
Idle Load,61.35 W
Active Load no Sound,557.06 W
I watched the 5100 pop to ~9Amps but it was very brief(the Pod Race and again I was over driving the cs+;)
Doro this unit i will sanction for purchase. BTW... this is an opinion.

Looks good, Henry, congrats on the purchase! One thing that you guys want to think about, do get them from autho. dealers on power conditioners (such as this), for those extra piece of mind of gears replacement warranty, in case lightning strike.I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Its funny that you have recently picked it up, as its what I have narrowed everything down to also. Damn, we are really becoming symbiotic...I love Beer...similar jobs...similar tastes....Are you single? CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
