No sound from PSW110 Sub woofer

Hi Folks,
I recently purchased a PSW110 sub woofer to go with my Jamo S426 5.1 speakers and Denon 1612AVR. I set it up using Audessey and the sub-woofer responded during the process. However after I started playing music from my AVR, I hear no sound from the sub. I used an RCA cable to connect it and played around with the crossover and volume settings to no avail. I also increased the volume of the sub from within the Denon's control panel. Still no sound.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I thoroughly searched the forum before posting this.
Please let me know if you require any other info to help me out.
Thanks

Hello HM,
Sorry you're having a problem. Is the LED illuminated on the input plate of the sub?
Regards, Ken -
Yes Ken,
The sub is on and it responds when the auto-setup is being done. Only after that there is no sound to be heard. -
I'm not at all familiar with the Denon's setup, but I believe the problem is there. There might be a group of settings in the Denon's menu that controls how the sub-out functions. It might be a good idea to check with Denon's customer support or with the dealer who sold you the receiver. Or, one of our members might have more experience with Denon's operation and make a recommendation.

Thanks Ken for your quick response. Let me check with denon. I hope some genius can help here in the mean time.
