bi-wiring sends a seperate wire run to each speaker terminal, so in say the rti150 you would have a wire running to the subs and a wire running to the mid and tweet drivers.

all you do is take 2 strands of wire and hook them up to the back of your receiver or amp, like two strands to the right and 2 to the left, then tahek them and put them in the binding posts on the speaker.

dont forget to remove the metal jumpers, leaving them on destroys the purpose and essentially just increases the gauge of ur wire.

im not 100% sure that this is all right, but im sure someone will jump in and correct me if its wrong

The metal jumpers can remain in place to biwire but must be removed when biamping. If you leave them in place to biamp searous ploblems will happen (fried amp). I was also told that if you use two full lengths of wire (from reciever to speakers) you will lose more power then splicing in a short length (2-3in) at the end of the each main speaker wire will yield less power loss.

if u leave the metal jumpers that destroys the purpose because the whole purpose is having seperate runs of wire to each post, the jumpers connect them again making it the equivalent of one big wire....i think
